The beach facilities included comfortable loungers and parasols, enhancing that ultimate beach experience, though I wished for more staff attentiveness to truly embrace that luxury vibe. While the hotel has potential, the guest experience could improve, as hospitality is key in the hospitality business. It's worth considering for couples or those seeking a quiet retreat, as long as expectations are managed. For my fellow travelers, a mixed bag at Casa das Carpas awaits. With a little more focus on guest satisfaction, it could elevate to an unforgettable experience.
